Looking back

Hearing the train moving through town and looking through some old pictures that Duane and I shot when they were here, I decided to post these pictures. I really enjoyed our photography trip, as well as hanging out that week. Next time I will try to get some more recent pictures on here.

After all, the leaves have changed and the maples were really pretty this year. We've been busy with campus activities that were fun and good. There has been many reasons to go to Mom's place a little more often than the usual once a month. And I worked my schedule so that taking Monday off with Sunday night is easier on me than a traditional Saturday trip home.

Tuesday night I taught at our campus ministry, using a powerpoint to show some scriptures. The backgrounds were pictures from my trip in July, prompting the whole nostalgic reminiscing through photos and wanting to revisit our photography trip around home. I should look and see if any of those made it here either. I do use this blog as a way to share my adventures and pictures with my family (if you hadn't guessed). Isn't that what it's for?

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come." (2 Corinthians 5:17)
